Yoga Immersions are an opportunity to indulge in a more thorough yoga experience. In this yoga immersion you will practice yoga fundamentals along with lot’s of hands on adjustments, cues and assists, longer holds, challenging transitions, deeper postures, arm balances, inversions, meditation, pranayama techniques and yoga wisdom.
